Can't go over it. Can't go under it. Gotta go through it.
Sound familiar? Looking for help with
how to get through it?
Therapy is a place to pause and consider life's challenges within and without and to explore how to grow through it.
What brings you to therapy may be rooted in the past, or perhaps it's a present trouble or has to do with the future. Often what brings one to therapy has to do with all three.
We are hard-wired for connection. Therapy provides space to share our deeper stories. We can explore where connections have been broken, both inwardly and in relationships.
Therapy does not come in a one size fits all. It takes time to sit and listen to your life; to discern your needs and to work together to find a way to move forward.
There is an art and a science to good therapy.
Effective psychotherapy takes the whole person into account:
